Some simple answers for questions you may have

Q. Where are you located and is there parking?

A. We are located at 58 West Washington Street, one half block from Orange Avenue at the entrance of the public parking garage. Metered and garage parking is across the street.

Q. How can I pay?

A. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and checks.

Q. Do you accept returns on retail products?

A. We will give you store credit for the amount of your original purchase on damaged product with receipt only within two weeks of purchase.

Q. Do I need to wash my hair before I come?

A. No. If you’re getting a haircut, perm or color, we’ll take care of all that for you. If you’re having your hair “put up” for a special occasion, we recommend that you DO wash your hair the evening before. Your “do” will stay more securely if your stylist doesn’t have to shampoo and blow dry your hair on the day of your event.

Q. I have allergies; can I bring my own shampoos and conditioners?

A. Absolutely. We understand that many natural based products- and even those that are hypoallergenic- may cause an adverse reaction to those with sensitive skin. If you have a product that works for you, please feel free to bring it in.

Q. Do I need to get undressed for my massage?

A. This is a personal call. You may wish to keep your undergarments on during the massage, or you may wish to disrobe completely. In either case, you are always professionally draped throughout the service.
